Our deadline to receive your application from the Central Applications Service is September 15.

Thank you for expressing an interest in our Ophthalmology Residency Training Program.
This year, as in the past, we are only accepting standard applications from the Central Application Service. Please visit the website of the Ophthalmology Matching Program for instructions on applying to our program.

We suggest you have your completed application to CAS by September 1 as applications received by us after September 15 will not be considered for the residency program.  Supplemental materials are only accepted for interview candidates.

Applicants selected for personal interviews with members of the Selection Committee are contacted first by email then followed up with a letter containing directions and hotel information.

Applicants must meet the following requirements by the residency appointment date:

  • Graduation from a Liaison Committee for Medical Education (LCME) - accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.
  • Satisfactory completion of an approved transitional or internship in medicine.
  • Graduates of foreign medical schools with a valid ECFMG certificate may be considered for residency appointments. J1 visas only.
  • USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3.
