History
A 35-year-old African-American woman is admitted to the hospital for evaluation of fever of unknown origin. She recalls experiencing several episodes of bilateral photophobia, decreased vision, and mild discomfort. Signs of disease are similar in both eyes but are asymmetric. In the photograph, the larger lesions are on the iris, and the smaller lesions are on the endothelial surface of the cornea.
