History
This 55-year-old man comes to your office with complaints of feeling "nervous" for several months. He requests and evaluation and checkup. The two photographs illustrate the physical findings.
Questions
1. Describe the physical findings.
2. Outline your plan for workup.
3. What ocular complications can develop in this patient? Explain the pathophysiology for each of these complications.
4. How would you treat each complication?
