  don't need to submit a title or abstract now to be considered for a poster
  presentation—the retreat planning team will collect this information later
  in the summer from those of you who opt in.</p><div></div><p>Note:  RSVPs 
 will <u>not</u> close in July\; however\, we will use our July headcount to
  determine our space needs and posterboard capacity. We may not be able to 
 accommodate all poster requests that we receive after July 11. Anyone is we
 lcome to present—if space becomes limiting\, we will prioritize trainee pos
