Why did you choose Ophthalmology and your specialty?
I had a corneal ulcer as a teen and that changed my life’s trajectory! With the return of my vision, I had such joy seeing the world again and knew that I wanted to create that same impact in my career. I choose ophthalmology, specifically cornea, because I felt passionate about being able to improve my patient’s quality of life in such a meaningful way.
Why did you choose Wash U?
