The Vision Research Forum meets bi-weekly on Fridays starting October 11, 2024 – May 30, 2024
Meetings are held at 11:30 a.m. in Mid-Campus Center room 2057 and on Zoom.
Trainees from labs performing Vision Science research are invited to present their work and receive feedback from an audience of invested Vision Science researchers.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Each meeting will consist of TWO short (~20 min) presentations from different labs, which will each be followed by discussion. This format enables us to include more labs interested in vision science, and to give more trainees (esp. students/postdocs) the opportunity to present their work and receive valuable feedback.
Early-stage trainees that might not yet have a complete dataset or story to tell are encouraged to present works in progress, as feedback and discussion from the larger group can help identify future experiments, analyses, etc. that may be of interest.
