Dr. Augustine Hong was recently profiled by the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Patient Stories series which detailed the care he provided to a veteran requiring DMEK surgery. Dr. Hong has worked extremely hard to get the corneal transplant program up and running at our VA and this profile really shows the appreciation of our veteran patients.
