Including management of production animals, pro-nuclear injection, blastocyst injection, embryo cytoplasm injection, embryo electroporation, cryopreservation/recovery of embryos and sperm, strain re-derivation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), genotyping of potential founders and advice in strain selection and founder screening.
