We are pleased to invite you to the annual DOVS Vision Science Research Retreat on Friday, October 3. Everyone is invited to attend the on-campus poster session in the morning and lunch/games in Shaw Park in the afternoon.

If you would like the opportunity to present a poster, please RSVP early (ideally by Friday, July 11) and indicate that you would like to present. You don’t need to submit a title or abstract now to be considered for a poster presentation—the retreat planning team will collect this information later in the summer from those of you who opt in.

Note:  RSVPs will not close in July; however, we will use our July headcount to determine our space needs and posterboard capacity. We may not be able to accommodate all poster requests that we receive after July 11. Anyone is welcome to present—if space becomes limiting, we will prioritize trainee posters.
